In today’s Square Enix E3 presentation, it announced that two Square Enix JRPGs are making their way out of Japan and to the rest of the world: Romancing Saga 3 and Saga Scarlet Grace: Ambition.
Romancing Saga 3 originally launched on the Super Famicom in 1995. It will feature branching paths that affect the game’s narrative. The game will be remastered for Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC. It’s launching in 2019 for Japan, with a “coming soon” announcement for the rest of the world.
Saga Scarlet Grace originally launched in 2016 for the Vita in Japan, with Japan-exclusive ports to Switch, PS4, mobile, and PC released last year. The game will come to those platforms for the rest of the world, although the release date is again a vague “coming soon.”
