Gaming this week gave us some ups and down so let’s give you some of the highlights. This week’s Plays will take us into things that have us excited and anxious for while this week’s Pauses are things we just need to sit down and talk about or are scratching our head at. Now let’s rewind to last week…
- • Cuphead is coming to Netflix with its own animated series. The award-winning game is on both Xbox and Nintendo Switch and has gotten rave reviews for it’s gameplay, difficulty, art style and music.
- • Fire Emblem: Three Houses is reported to take approximately 200 hours to complete with one house taking about 80 hours. Now that’s what I call gaming.
- • More than 2 million Super Mario Maker 2 levels have been uploaded. Keep on creating guys! And also, share your level codes in the comments.
- • We announced one of our two featured streamers for the month. Meet Daobeezy!
- • Nintendo Switch Lite will be released in September and some of the features we love are gone. So is this a Switch that doesn’t switch?
- • Psychonauts 2 is delayed until 2020. We are hoping this means more time to perfect the game.
- • Amazon Studio is developing a new Lord of the Rings MMO. This is after they laid off employees which means that they had internal restructures. Wonder what else is coming from this game studio…
