During the EA Play presentation today, Electronic Arts gave viewers a closer look at two interesting indie titles that it teased last E3.
It Takes Two is being developed by Hazelight, the studio founded by Josef Fares – the director of games like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and A Way Out. The game tells the story of a young girl whose parents are divorcing. To cope with those emotions, she creates dolls representing her parents, and players control those dolls cooperatively and manipulate their emotions. Of course, no one can describe the game better than the charismatic Fares himself, so watch the video below in which he discusses the project.

The second EA Original is called Lost in Random, from Zoink (the studio behind Fe). Lost in Random looks like a third-person action/adventure with the creative vibe of a Tim Burton film. The team at Zoink describes it as a coming-of-age tale, and you can get a sense of the gameplay and premise in the trailer:

Lost in Random will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but with no release date currently announced. On the other hand, It Takes Two will release in 2021, but no platforms were specified.
