Konami announced plans recently for a series of TurboGrafx mini consoles that will each come with a collection of games, much like the NES and SNES Classic miniature consoles that presumably inspired it. North America is getting the TurboGrafx-16 Mini, Europe is getting the PC Engine Core Grafx mini, and Japan is getting the PC Engine mini.
The consoles will include one controller (that will not be miniature) offer quick save options, various display modes, and up to five player multiplayer with the aid of a multitap that is sold separately.
The full line-ups have not been revealed yet, but the TurboGrafx 16 mini for North America and PC Engine Grafx Core mini in Europe are getting the following games:
- R-Type
- New Adventure Island
- Ninja Quest
- Ys Book I & II
- Dungeon Explorer
- Alien Crush
The PC Engine mini for Japan is getting the following games:
- Super Star Soldier
- The Kung Fu/China Warrior
- Bonk’s Adventure
- Dracula X
- Ys Book I & II

As far as release date and pricing, those details have not yet been revealed.
