For years, the world’s only official Nintendo retail store resided in New York, a haven for Nintendo fans that contained plushes, shirts, merch, and lots of games, all dedicated to Nintendo’s many video game franchises. Now, Nintendo fans in Tel Aviv, Israel, are getting their own Nintendo store. It opened its doors for the first time today.
Much like Nintendo New York, the store has all kinds of games, displays, and merchandise for fans to look at or buy. The store also has activities for fans to participate in, with some today featuring Super Mario Maker 2 and Nintendo Labo.
Oddly enough, there isn’t yet an official Nintendo retail store in the company’s home country of Japan. This will change soon, however, as Nintendo Tokyo is set to open its doors sometime later this year.
