Effie, originally launched on PS4 in June 2019, is now available on Steam and Humble Bundle retailing at $19.99 but is on sale for $16.99 for this week only. Effie is a 3D action-platformer game that combines the classic elements from the genre we adore, like exploration, puzzles and of course… combat.
In Effie, you play as Galand, an old hero who is accompanied by his magical shield Runestone. This shield will be your only weapon and tool for the game as you must solve puzzles, fight enemies, travel (or surf) and protect yourself throughout the game.
Effie is not a linear game (which we love) and you are left to explore the great Red Plains of Oblena at your choosing. You can stumble across multiple settlements who each need the help of our hero to help fight off evil enemies
